Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran provides services including but not limited to:

• Vastu-based spatial assessment
• Interior design guidance
• Placement of energised yantras and enhancers
• Spiritual energisation under Antar Yog Gurukul practices

These services are advisory, spiritual, and experiential in nature.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed payment and written confirmation from Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran.

Once confirmed, the customer will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation containing the order details.

3. Payments

All payments for services and Yantras must be made in full at the time of booking via PhonePe or other available payment modes.

Prices are clearly indicated on the service booking form and are inclusive of all applicable service charges.

Payment confirmation is mandatory before any service delivery or product dispatch.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made towards Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• No refunds for cancellation by the client
• No refunds for change of mind
• No refunds for delays caused by the client
• No refunds for perceived dissatisfaction with spiritual or energetic outcomes
• No refunds for non-utilisation of services or yantras after purchase

This policy exists due to the customised, spiritual, and irreversible nature of the services, including energisation processes.

5. Yantras & Energised Materials

Yantras and energised materials are prepared and activated under specific spiritual processes. Once energised, they cannot be reversed, reused, or reassigned.

Yantras are provided for spiritual enhancement only and are not medical, financial, or legal instruments.

6. Interior Consultancy

Interior consultancy charges (if opted) are calculated based on the area (per square foot) as communicated at the time of booking.

Consultancy fees are part of professional advisory services and are strictly non-refundable.

7. Spiritual Disclaimer

Spiritual practices, energisation, and Vastu corrections are subjective experiences. Outcomes may vary from individual to individual.

Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran does not guarantee specific results relating to health, wealth, relationships, or success.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate site details, measurements, and relevant information required for execution.

Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran shall not be responsible for outcomes affected by incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Results Disclaimer

Results of Vastu Rupantaran depend on multiple factors including belief, consistency, environment, and personal karma.

No legal, financial, medical, or guaranteed assurance is provided.

10. Modifications & Delays

Timelines may vary due to site readiness, client availability, or external circumstances.

Such delays shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of consultancy services or products. The services are advisory in nature and outcomes may vary.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
