Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran – Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran offers professional Vastu consultancy, interior design integration, and energised Yantra products. All services are provided strictly as per the selection made by the customer at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for services and Yantras must be made in full at the time of booking via PhonePe or other available payment modes.

Prices are clearly indicated on the service booking form and are inclusive of all applicable service charges.

Payment confirmation is mandatory before any service delivery or product dispatch.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

Once confirmed, the customer will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation containing the order details.

4. Cancellation Policy

Consultancy Services:

  • If cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation, 80% of the service fee will be refunded.
  • If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, the service fee is non-refundable.

Yantra Products:

  • Physical Yantra products may be refunded only if returned unused and undamaged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed after verification of product condition.
  • Shipping or courier charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to antaryog.rupantaran@gmail.com with the order ID and reason for refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the same payment method used for the transaction.

6. Liability

Antar Yog Vastu Rupantaran is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of consultancy services or products.

The services are advisory in nature and outcomes may vary from person to person.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data, including personal and payment information, is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing or service delivery.
